We are a pre-revenue startup looking for a couple key team members. Unless otherwise noted, the following positions are for equity based compensation. 

ML Engineer

​

CIMS.AI is looking for a ML Engineer to join our founding team. In this role, you will work with our engineers and data scientists to develop and implement machine learning models that automate contract review, extract key legal provisions, and flag regulatory issues.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with legal operations team to understand requirements for automation

  • Process, clean, and label policy documents to train extraction and classification models

  • Research and implement NLP techniques like named entity recognition, text classification, document analysis, etc.

  • Utilize the top notch machine learning models, such as LLM; and train the machine learning models to automate contract review and analysis

  • Identify errors in model outputs and refine models to improve accuracy

  • Document models and participate in technical reviews with stakeholders

  • Stay up-to-date on legal tech trends and new techniques for legal AI


 

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field

  • Proficiency in Python; experience with NLP and ML libraries like spaCy, Keras, PyTorch

  • Understanding of common legal documents and basic legal concepts is a plus

  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Ability to take complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Interest in legal operations, contract analysis, and compliance automation

Marketing

CIMS.AI is looking for a marketing to assist in product advisory program launch at D1,D2 and D3 universities.

 

This person will be responsible for evangelizing company missions and recruiting student athletes to complete surveys. We are looking to gather input from athletes from any NCAA sanctioned sports and the cheerleading squads.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Surveys: Call/email student athletes and coaches questionnaire

  • Market Research: Research and catalog information on potential leads and competitors

  • Social Media Management: Research and log potential articles in addition to posting them on social media pages
     

Requirements:

  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field

  • Familiarity with Google forms and excel

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with social media, particularly Instagram and TikTok

  • Self-starter with good time management skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail
